As a writer, editor, photographer, producer, director, researcher, creator, student, and all other titles, I’ve always first and foremost been a storyteller.

With an array of multimedia skills and written capabilities, sometimes my stories take the form of journalism, where I focus on people, events, and circumstances alive in our world. Sometimes my stories verge on the academic, using research and statistics to guide measurable insight. Sometimes my stories transform into marketing, helping brands and big ideas gather the attention they deserve.

These interests, along with an insatiable curiosity, have led to some amazing experiences. I worked with Georgetown’s Making an Exonoree program to document the story of Omar Hooks, a wrongfully incarcerated individual (and personal friend) in Pennsylvania, and advocate for his freedom. Watch the documentary here. I co-created StudybreakU, a small, NPR-Tiny-Desk-Inspired concert series on Georgetown Campus, where I helped musical artists find their voice and niche in a crowded space. I served as a brand manager and ambassador for Double Exposure Investigative Film Festival, LAI Video, and even Major League Baseball, creating content that would connect with the people who matter most.

Aside from this professional experience, I work continuously on personal projects in the art forms of poetry, photography, and videography. I’ve been in featured in multiple publications for my work and received recognition from Georgetown University for my work, “The Red Room” in 2022. My other hobbies include travel, sports, music, and cooking.
